Dr. Annabel Beerel is a Leadership and Professional Development executive with expertise in change management and in developing strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. She is a highly experienced coach who has experience in working in a wide variety of organizations and in many different cultures. Annabel is also the founder and President & CEO of the New England Women’s Leadership Institute.
Annabel holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Religion and Ethics from Boston University; a Masters Degree in Theology from the Weston Jesuit School of Theology in Cambridge, Massachusetts; has pursued Advanced Leadership Training at J.F. Kennedy School of Government; holds an MBA from Cranfield University and is a South African qualified accountant. Annabel has written seven books on a variety of topics and is well respected speaker and presenter.
Annabel was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. Since then she has traveled extensively and has worked and taught in several countries around the world. She travels and presents at numerous conferences. She is also the prolific author of articles and books. Her most recently published book is entitled Business Ethics: A Manager’s Guide to Corporate Citizenship.
