Tiffany Eddy – CEO – Focus First Communications
Tiffany Eddy has been part of the media fabric in New Hampshire for over fourteen years. Eddy crisscrossed the state as a reporter and co-host for the magazine program “New Hampshire Chronicle,” where she produced hundreds of pieces on standout Granite State businesses and citizens. Eddy recently launched her own public relations firm, FocusFirst Communications. The company specializes in streamlined messaging, media relations and professional development.
Carl Famiglietti – CEO of MFA
Mr. Famiglietti is the Managing Partner of MFA, a proactive CPA and consulting firm serving the New England region and beyond. When Carl was appointed Managing Partner in 2003, he set the tone and direction for a structural shift in the Firm’s philosophy. Based on that vision, MFA’s current culture and ideologies are built on unleashing the unlimited ingenuity possessed within the intellectual and emotional capital of those who have enjoined themselves to the organization’s aspirations. Under his guidance, the firm has grown by over 300 percent and now includes an impressive roster of women in half of the firm’s leadership positions.
Aaron Green – CEO of PSG
Aaron Green has brought an innovative approach to several staffing-related businesses. Professional Staffing Group (PSG), which Green started in 1996, has grown to become one of the largest staffing firms in Massachusetts. At PSG, Green pioneered the use of voice-based offshore recruiters, which led to the establishment of a new company (PSG Global Solutions) which is now the largest provider of offshore recruiters to staffing companies throughout the US. Green is also active in providing angel investment funding to a number of other innovative staffing ventures including a women-owned and minority-owned staffing firm.
Tom Raffio – CEO of Northeast Delta Dental
Thomas Raffio, FLMI, is president & CEO of Northeast Delta Dental, the Concord-based dental insurance company that administers dental benefits for over 748,000 people in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Under Tom’s leadership, his company was named one of the Best Companies to Work For in New Hampshire and one of the 25 Best Small Companies to Work for in America, each for five consecutive years, among the many awards with which it has been recognized.
Some of Tom’s many board affiliations include: Chairman of the New Hampshire Board of Education, and member of the State Workforce Investment Board. He is Incorporator and Chairman of the Board, Granite State Quality Council; Chair of the New Hampshire Coalition for Business and Education; Chairman of the Bow Schools Foundation; Board member and former Chairman of the Board, NH Business Committee for the Arts.
In 2011, the University System of New Hampshire awarded Tom its Granite State Award at Granite State College’s commencement, and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences awarded him a Doctor of Science, honoris causa.
Tom is a graduate of Harvard University, has an MBA from Babson College, and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute. He is a graduate of the Leadership New Hampshire Class of 1997.
In 2013, Tom co-authored There Are No Do-Overs: The Big Red Factors for Sustaining a Business Long Term with NBA Hall of Famer, Dave Cowens and former Northeast Delta Dental colleague, Barbara McLaughlin.
