OPENING KEYNOTE:  ANNABEL BEEREL is a Leadership and Professional Development Executive and President & CEO of the New England Women’s Leadership Institute. She currently works with companies to develop leadership capacity and build professional development strengths across their organizations.

As the founder, President & CEO of the New England Women’s Leadership Institute, Annabel directs and guides the activities of the Institute. It offers retreats, seminars and workshops on issues related to leadership and professional skills development. Several thousand women have benefited from its educational offerings. Annabel holds a PhD in Comparative Religion and Ethics; an MBA, and is both a qualified accountant and a cost and management accountant.  She is a regular public speaker and has written six books on a variety of management topics.

CLOSING KEYNOTE:  SUZANNE FOSTER is the Vice President and General Manager of the Advanced Energy business unit of Medtronic, a leading global medical device company. Since being appointed in 2011, Suzanne has led the business unit in ongoing 20% year-over-year revenue growth. Medtronic Advanced Energy has been recognized as the #1 Best Place to Work in New Hampshire for the past three years and as one of the top women-led businesses in the state for the past five years (BusinessNH Magazine).  Suzanne earned her law degree at Suffolk University Law School and has a Masters in Public Health from Harvard University.
